My experience with families also changed the direction of my life.
I’m Génesis Chávez, although many of the families I worked with in the United States began calling me Genny.
Before talking about artificial intelligence, I experienced everyday family life from inside the home: caring, teaching, coordinating, and holding together the small routines that make a family work.

My story
Balance by Genny began when I also needed to find balance.
There was a time when I felt trapped in a caregiving job that was no longer healthy for me. I could not change everything overnight, so I began by reclaiming something essential: a direction of my own.
This brand first became a place to organize my ideas, learn, and build a professional way forward. Over time, I understood that my experience inside homes—supporting routines, needs, and difficult moments—could become a different way of bringing technology closer to families.
That is why I do not talk about artificial intelligence as a trend or a promise of perfection. I talk about real life: tired people, changing schedules, weighty decisions, and families that need support without losing their voice.
